  1. 🤔 Enter the Question: Input a relevant question about your business or service.
  2. 💡 Provide the Answer: Supply a clear, concise response.
  3. Add to Knowledge Base: Submit the Q&A pair to instantly enhance your chatbot's performance.

All QA information will be saved in the qa file.

For optimal results, phrase questions as they would typically be asked by users. This helps your chatbot recognize and match user queries more effectively.

To help you oversee and review the imported information effectively, we provide the following features:

  1. 🔄 Refresh Button
    • Located at the top-right of the section.
    • Updates the displayed data and shows the current processing status of documents.

  1. 🖋️ Edit Selected Record
    • Hover over a document row and click the Edit icon to view or modify the extracted information.

    • Use the Delete option from the dropdown menu to remove a document from the list.
