Follow these steps to prepare your Chatwood service for seamless integration with your AI chatbot:

Step-by-Step Guide​

  1. 🔑 Access Admin Panel
    • Download and install the Chatwood service.
    • Log in to the chat admin panel.

The service URL you use to access the admin panel will be your endpoint for all API requests.

  1. 📥 Create New Inbox

    • Go to Settings > Inboxes.

    • Click to create a new Inbox.

    • Specify the connection point (e.g., website, app).

  2. 🔐 Locate Access Token

    • Scroll to the bottom of the profile settings.

    • Find the Access Token - you'll need this for API requests.

  3. 🆔 Note Account ID

    • Go to Account Settings.

    • Locate your Account ID - this is also necessary for API requests.
